GCSE PE after school – Weight Training Part 2: bench press, lunges and the principles of cleans
Swimming Years 7-8-9, There will this week be the chance to come back on the bus – but ONLY if you have your own Oyster Card – and pay 50p towards the Small Steps Charity.
Senior Football XI v Ibstock at REMPF, so on grass. Oyster Cards needed, also shin pads and boots with studs. Departure from Canbury 13:35. Please note this match starts at 14 30 and therefore there will be a later than usual return to Canbury – approx 16:00. Permission slips or letters to make way from the pitch after the game required. We will change at REMPF. I am hoping Mr Denham will join us.
Girls Games – and Games for those boys NOT in the match – at school – netball starting at 13 35
Junior Football Training on grass at REMPF, Change at Canbury School and bring boots, shin pads, Oyster Cards to the pitch. Leaving at 13 20 with Mssrs. Denham, Penagos & Learnahan. Return to Canbury is meant to be usual time 15 30. Girls Games at Canbury with Mrs Dannatt.
GCSE PE Yr 11 group before lunch, final drive on PEP.
GCSE PE Yr11/10 but not the yr 10 Historians – due to History Trip the ‘Doctors Show’ at the Steiner Theatre in London, Influences on your healthy, active lifestyle pages 20-27 in the book. No practical this week – however NEXT week is the ISA London West Cross Country Championships – a good opportunity for students to participate.
